THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL SUMMER SEASON!

The last notes of the Grand Teton Music Festival's 2008 summer season rang out to a sold-out house in Walk Festival Hall on Saturday, August 16, and we couldn't have done it without you.  From great artists, to new audiences, to our tremendous Festival Orchestra, 2008 was marked by many highlights and milestones.  Please join us in celebrating these successes, and thank you for being a part of the Grand Teton Music Festival.

In 2008 the Grand Teton Music Festival:

  • Hosted the most successful Jackson Hole Wine Auction to date
  • Paid tribute to the great musical icon Leonard Bernstein
  • Celebrated the 4th of July with the community at our 12th Annual outdoor picnic concert Music in the Hole
  • Lit up its stage with Grammy Award-winning artists, and other star performers
  • Welcomed more than 2,500 children, adults, music lovers, and first time concert-goers to Walk Festival Hall for its free community performances
  • Mentored local high school instrumental music students in a professional orchestra setting
  • Provided enthralling multimedia performances combining its world class orchestra with dramatic film
  • Logged over 2,000 hours of time by generous volunteers from the Festival’s Auxiliary, Usher Corps, and Wine Auction volunteers
